The FX-605 series is our most cost effective RAID subsystem to date

based RAID subsystem require minimal technical maintenance, making
the FX-605 an ideal solution for end users who want hassle-free
mass storage.
The FX-605FW/USB features Firewire 800 or USB 2.0 Host connection
enabling easy plug and play connection to any Apple Macintosh or
Windows environment, without any software or drivers required.
The combined ease-of -use, high performance and large storage
capacity means the FX-605 is a perfect solution for any pre-press
or post-production environment. The FX-605 is also ideal for additional
storage for any server, or as a back-up device.
The FX-605 is compact and portable, yet offers an impressive storage
capacity of up to 2 Terabytes of RAID 0 storage, or 1.6 Terabytes
of storage with RAID 5 configuration.
The quality of the FX-605 is clearly demonstrated by the long
list of advanced features including: multiple RAID sets, multi volumes
with concurrent access, online RAID expansion, NVRAM transaction
log, 64bit internal PCI memory bus, hot standby drive, instant availability
